Blackberry calls justice, seeking to prohibit the Typo Products of the availability of new housing for the iPhone, claiming that the project is copying its own product. This specific product, worth 99 dollars to the American market, is a case for the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s which has built in keyboard and in accordance with the BlackBerry replicates own patent. The Typo made known that the first batch has sold out and will be ready for distribution at the end of the month, according to Bloomberg.
The BlackBerry notes that it would suffer irreparable damage if allowed to Typo supply and continue to sell the product. The Apple, meanwhile, has been presented alongside the Typo far. The BlackBerry has in recent years lost a large share from Apple and Google. Its share of the global smartphone market fell to just 1.7% in the third quarter of 2013 compared to 4.1% a year ago.
